Characteristics:
Schiava appears in a light to medium ruby red. The nose opens with fruity aromas of cherries, raspberries and strawberries, accompanied by fine violet notes and a subtle almond tone on the finish. On the palate it is light to medium-bodied, fruit-driven, gentle and soft. Restrained tannins make it pleasantly drinkable and give the wine an especially approachable, harmonious character.
